According to the Project Management Board, the project has a construction progress of 3.5 days/floor, applied Jump Form formwork system, which is the current sliding formwork system. Currently, there is a hydraulic jack system, which helps aluminum formwork automatically slide to the next floor, minimizing construction time. Up to now, after more than 1 year of construction, the tallest building in Vietnam has been poured concrete on the 20th floor, with a total floor and wall area of 1,800 m².

The Landmark 81 has a total floor area of 141,000 m2, including hotel, serviced apartment, Officetel commercial, shopping mall…indoor skating rink 2000m2, club house is 1000m2, gym is 3000m2. Especially, modern apartment area (6th - 40th floor) with 1 - 4 bedroom apartments, sky villa; 5-star Vinpearl Hotel (floor 42 - 76); 360 degree observatory (floors 79 – 81)…

The latest actual progress of the Vinhomes Central Park project

The Landmark 81 was built in the center of the urban area.

Vinhomes Central Park project is in the finishing stage. In which, The Landmark 81 building project is implementing the body construction.

The Landmark 81 has an architectural image of a bunch of bamboo symbolizing the strength, solidarity and rising spirit of the Vietnamese people.

The project is managed and supervised by MACE (UK) company. In order to achieve the current "speedy" progress, the team of experts and workers on the construction site have worked continuously for 3 shifts, having stayed up all night to pour concrete batches up to 10,000 m³.
